A shooting incident occurred in the parking lot of a hotel in Houston, leaving a man in his late 20s to early 30s critically injured.

According to witnesses, the victim was parked in his truck when an argument erupted between him and another man. The altercation escalated when the other man, who was on the second floor of the hotel, entered a room and emerged with a rifle. He began firing at the victim, striking both the truck and the victim multiple times.

The victim attempted to drive away but lost consciousness in his truck. Emergency services were called, and he was transported to a hospital by ambulance in critical condition.

The suspect fled the scene in an unknown vehicle. The cause of the argument is currently unknown, and the investigation is ongoing.
