On Monday morning, May 13, 2024, a collision between a vehicle and a truck in Moreno Valley resulted in five people being injured.
The Riverside County Fire Department reported that the crash occurred around 10:30 a.m. at the intersection of Brodiaea Avenue and Perris Boulevard.
The incident involved a sedan and a truck, which collided at unspecified speeds, causing the sedan to be pushed towards a nearby light pole.
First responders arriving at the scene found five individuals with injuries. Three of the injured were transported to Riverside University Medical Center for treatment, while the other two declined medical assistance. The severity of the injuries was not disclosed.
The intersection was temporarily closed as authorities conducted their investigation and cleared the wreckage.
