A crash in South Temecula on Thursday afternoon left three individuals injured, as per the alert issued by the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
The incident, which occurred around 2 p.m. at the intersection of Meadows Parkway and Campanula Way, involved three cars colliding, according to authorities who responded to the scene.
Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department spokesperson Rob Roseen stated that three individuals were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment via ground ambulance.
Sergeant Deirdre Vickers confirmed that all injuries sustained were non-life-threatening. Vickers also mentioned that no arrests have been made, and an investigation into the cause of the collision is underway.
Following the crash, the intersection remained closed for more than an hour to facilitate the removal of vehicles and clear the scene.
