According to reports from the Moreno Valley Sheriff’s Station, the tragic crash occurred around 10:35 p.m. at the intersection of Kitching Street and Cactus Avenue.
Authorities stated that the collision involved three vehicles: a gray Dodge Ram, a white Dodge Ram, and a black Lexus.
The impact of the crash caused the gray Dodge Ram to be thrown into the nearby flood channel. Tragically, the driver was later found deceased and carried away by the floodwaters into the Ramona Expressway and Evans Road in Perris.
