Early Sunday morning, December 8, 2024, El Cajon Police successfully recovered a stolen Penske moving truck and arrested three individuals following a coordinated operation near the I-8 west onramp and El Cajon Boulevard. The incident began around 1:30 AM when the department’s Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) system flagged the truck as stolen.
