A violent altercation in Houston resulted in a fatal shooting late Saturday night at 617 Mayford Street. Eyewitness reports indicate that two groups were involved in a shootout, with one group initially retreating only to return moments later, firing additional shots at their rivals.
During the chaotic exchange, an 18 to 20-year-old male was struck by gunfire and was pronounced dead at the scene by Houston Fire Department (HFD) personnel.
