A deputy-involved shooting is under investigation in Loma Linda after San Bernardino County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a 911 call on the 26300 block of Snowden Avenue. According to authorities, the incident occurred on the afternoon of October 3, 2024.
Details surrounding the call remain unclear, but a short time after deputies arrived, the situation escalated, resulting in a deputy discharging their weapon. Investigators discovered a knife at the scene, though it is still undetermined if the victim was armed with the knife at the time of the shooting.
