A residential fire broke out Thursday night in 16th St. and Union Hills Dr, prompting a swift response from the Phoenix Fire Department. Firefighters arrived to find heavy smoke pouring from the attic of the home.
Fortunately, all occupants had safely evacuated before emergency crews arrived. Firefighters were able to quickly contain the flames, preventing the fire from spreading to a neighboring house.
