Vista, CA – 08-24-2025 – A road-rage confrontation in a residential neighborhood near Calle Jules and Via Felicidad resulted in a pedestrian sustaining major injuries and multiple vehicles being damaged. According to investigators, the incident began as a domestic violence–related dispute. Lindsey Bigbey, 41, driving a Toyota Sequoia, repeatedly rammed a black Jeep Cherokee driven by 42-year-old Nathan Robson. During the pursuit, a male pedestrian in his 20s was struck and critically injured, requiring transport to a local hospital. Bigbey’s SUV eventually crashed into several vehicles and a power box, causing outages in the area. Both Bigbey and Robson fled on foot before deputies later arrested them on August 27, 2025, and booked them into the Vista Detention Facility on multiple felony charges, including hit-and-run, assault with a deadly weapon, and aiding and abetting.
