Houston, TX – February 26, 2025 – Houston Police Department (HPD) responded to a shooting at 4099 Ward St. around 1:33 a.m., where they discovered an Asian male in his late 20s suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. male in his late 20s. The victim, identified as a ride-share driver, was transported to a hospital but was later pronounced deceased. According to initial reports, two male suspects allegedly robbed and shot the driver before stealing his vehicle. Authorities later located the stolen vehicle abandoned in a ditch near 7136 Goforth St. The suspects remain at large as homicide detectives investigate.
